I doubt you remember me, but my name is Alissa Mesibov, and I used to help out at Been There in exchange for lessons eight years ago. I feel like I never properly thanked you for the experience I got during my time there. How many eleven year olds who have no family connection to horses get to see a newborn foal or go behind the scenes at a racetrack? Beyond that, you also gave me my first work experience. I learned to work to earn something. I have not yet been turned down for a job, and I know that it goes back to what I learned at the farm. I hope all is well with you, as well as the horses.
