* A roomy stall in our 34-stall, center-aisle barn

* Stall cleaned out daily, fresh bedding and clean water buckets

* Daily turn-out on one of twelve grassy paddocks, each with run-in shed

* Top quality feed and hay given twice daily, horses fed in stalls

* Constant, careful monitoring of your horse's health and comfort

Field Board:  $350

* Paddock with large, well-maintained run-in shed

* Shed cleaned frequently, running water in large, clean troughs

 * Top quality feed and hay supplied twice daily; more hay as needed

* Constant, careful monitoring of your horse's health and comfort

Other facilities may charge you extra fees, but at Been There Farm:

ALL BOARDERS HAVE FREE USE OF:

50 ACRES OF GREEN PASTURES

1/2 MILE, BEAUTIFULLY MAINTAINED TRAINING TRACK,

THE LIGHTED RIDING ARENA,
